The Minus Man is a film about a placid dreamer played by Owen Wilson who happens to kill a few people along the
way in the style of a serial killer. However, this is no Jeffrey Dahmer or Ted Bundy. This is a sincere, honest, and
non-judgmental caricature of a person which first-time director Hampton Fancher offers us and leaves us to figure
out. This is destined to be a true cult classic and milestone of indie cinema. The direction is superb, photography
unique and expressive, acting is top-notch with a terrific cast - Janeane Garofalo, Sheryl Crow, Mercedes Ruehl, and
Dwight Yoakum. I highly recommend this film, it is coming out in ealry September (I was lucky enough to see it at an
advanced press screening). This movie wins 5 stars from me!!!
